Nothing too much trouble, thanks for a really lovely stay. The venue is fairly clean, with perfect and exceptionally nice location close to good restaurants and the bus stop for skiing and ski rental shops. Make sure you stay in the superior king room with an amazing view on the balcony. The breakfast was large, we liked lots of meals.

Very warm atmosphere, nice welcome with drink, little bite in afternoons as well as drinks, fruit and water, computer with fast internet connection, very pleasant and always cheerful lady serving breakfast tea/coffee. I was very impressed by the receptionist who found, kept and returned my gold wrist chain.
Access to the ski room is not ideal but not a big deal.

Lovely Stay with Amazing Views!
Our family enjoyed three nights in a beautiful double room with fine Matterhorn views. The cozy breakfast options energized our days, and the helpful staff made it easy to plan our excursions. We felt cared for, especially during the recent flooding. Don't miss the fondue restaurant nearby!

The hotel has a good location and our room had a view of the Matterhorn. The interior design throughout the hotel is very nice with traditional Swiss carvings, pretty fabrics, comfortable beds, well equipped bathrooms. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Lovely breakfast. One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in.

Hotel Allalin is exquisite. The breakfast was varied, beautifully presented, well organized. The entire hotel is beautiful down to every detail. Our room and the entire hotel is very clean and orderly. Front desk staff were hospitable, helpful and welcoming. We loved our welcome drinks! The view of The Matterhorn was second to none. We absolutely loved everything about this hotel.
We did not like that we had to leave!

This place suits me perfectly! Wi-Fi, ski equipment hire, and a great bar/lounge area. Staff once assisted me with technical issues, nice. I recommend trying the jacuzzi for relaxation. Coming back for Easter!

A smaller, cosy hotel (maybe 40 rooms?) with beautiful wood decor. The lobby was so inviting, many people sat there and I met a lot of people. Lovely breakfast, always free tea in the lobby, little treats like hors d'ouevres and fresh fruit and champagne in the lobby for the guests. If I go back to Zermatt, I will stay there again.
The bed was a little bit hard.
